Return Policy

All of our games are crafted in small batches, with hand-finished components made with care by our team. 

Given the limited-batch nature of our games, all sales are final. We're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, so we encourage you to review product descriptions, photos, gameplay and dimensions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

That said, we want you to be happy with what arrives at your door. If your game arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please reach out to us at hello@prossernorthstudio.ca within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right through a replacement or repair, whichever is appropriate.
